  • SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) – Negotiation Phase
  • Seller: SCO(Soft Corporate Offer)

   Introduces supply capability, including product name,specifications, origin and loading port, monthly and total availability, MOQ
   (Minimum Order Quantity), price, and payment terms.

  • Buyer: LOI (Letter of Intent)

   Indicates purchase intent, including product, specifications,quantity, price, destination port, transaction method, and payment terms.

  • Seller: FCO (Full Corporate Offer)

   Issues a binding, official offer to the buyer.

  • Buyer: ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)

   Issues an irrevocable procurement document to the seller.

  • Both Parties: SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement)

  Contract signed based on the FCO and ICPO.  


  • Execution Phase: Payment, delivery, inspection, etc.,
    will be coordinated within the SPA
